Motion Graphics Designer for YouTube Channel (Long-Term Role) New

We’re looking for a highly creative motion graphics designer / video editor to help launch a new YouTube channel with a “weird world” theme. This isn’t a generic editing gig… we need someone with strong design instincts (ideally with a graphic design background) who can bring a voiceover to life using humor, basic animation, and creative transitions. Architectural and building regs drawings for 6 bed HMO

Hi All, I am intending to do my HMO Conversion project. The property in its current state is a 3 bed mid. terraced. property. I want to convert this property into a 6 bed all ensuite room HMO. This is with in permitted development rights and there are plenty of examples of similar projects in the surrounding areas. Property is located in Reading, RG30 area. I require the plans + building regs drawings with in 1-2 weeks time span. If you do have this experience, can you please give me your best competitive quote?
