Key Considerations: • Operating System: Preferably deploy on a Windows environment, but use Linux if it simplifies installation or enhances performance. • Fiverr Engagement: Only engage with a Fiverr seller who supports custom offers, (no upfront payments). • Communication: Provide an update every three days to ensure the requirements are being correctly interpreted and so, if needed, we can provide deadline extensions. Offer the capability to deliver in-depth, hour-long video updates upon request. • Quality Assurance: Our team will conduct a Quality Assurance (QA) test on the deployed server. Following QA approval, the work will undergo a code review through a GitHub Pull Request (PR) to ensure quality and security standards. • Integration Support: Include an integration phase post-deployment, where you will assist our developer via video calls and direct communication. This phase is critical to ensure smooth integration of the CVAT server with our existing application. Deliverables: • A fully functional CVAT server deployed on a Micro EC2 instance using Docker, with the latest Community Edition of CVAT. • Installation of the latest LTS version of Docker. • Creation of user roles: Admin, Developer, and Labeler, with appropriate permissions and access. • Detailed documentation of the deployment process, server configuration, and user setup. • Completion of the integration phase with satisfactory reviews from our development team.
