Need scripts for VSL ads

Hey,
I'm looking to hire a talented, marketing-oriented scriptwriter for direct response Facebook ads (for physical products, not info/digital stuff). The position is long-term.
What you'll have to do is...- understand how VSLs work- research the target market, find marketing angles, terminology, pain points- come up with creative ideas & write compelling, manipulating ad scripts (for Facebook ads, 5-10 min. long)- calibrate & adjust direction based on data- communicate with & guide my video editor to bring your script to life- be available for calls & open to criticism, learning, & improving
