Medical Clinic interior design

For a new medical clinic in Thailand, in an existing new building with two floors of about 50sqm (total 100sqm), for which we already have sketched-up a basic 3D layout on scale (Google Sketchup), we are looking for the assistance of an interior designer, for the scope of work: - Based on the existing structure, discuss the layout we suggest (already sketched-up on Google Sketchup) - In reference of some pictures of the building and pictures of some designs we would like to take inspiration, make a 3D of the interior for each floor, including fix & loose furniture, partitions, ect, to make sure that the contractors clearly understand the requirements. This should include a suggestion of materials and color tons. - Make a light plan/layout, especially based on ceiling & wall LED strip-lights and indirect lights, for the electrician to install a quality & premium lights environment. - Position cleverly the A/C units, and design aesthetic covers. This project should remain on reasonable budget, with reasonable service offers. We expect to work on ball-package, without additional (bad) surprises on the way.
