I need my current website copied / improved upon

i need my current website copied; www.thatcosystay.co.uk it was created from a company that uses templates. i need it to be exactly the same with the ability to take payments, sync the calendars of the sites my properties are bookable on on such as vrbo, bookings.com, and air bnb so if a booking is made on one it blocks it out on all of them. i welcome improvements to the current website, including making it more optimised for mobile users and a few other improvements please click through the pages and buttons on the site to see its functionality and how it can perhaps be better optimised
