I am looking to hire an expert in MATLAB/Simulink to build a high-fidelity 6-DoF simulation of a Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) covering all flight phases — from vertical ascent, gravity turn, and orbital insertion, to de-orbit, reentry, and powered soft landing. The simulation should incorporate quaternion-based attitude dynamics, realistic force modeling (gravity, drag, thrust), mass variation, and environmental effects like wind and atmospheric density. Advanced Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) logic is required, including PID-based TVC, reference quaternion tracking, and optionally Model Predictive Control (MPC) and Reinforcement Learning (RL). The system should simulate drag with Mach-dependent Cd, CG shifts, RCS thrusters, and landing leg deployment, with clean modular design and visual outputs of altitude, velocity, attitude, and control signals. Mircosoft PowerAutomate modify existing Flow utilises Team Forms

We have and existing flow which utilises 'Team Forms' It needs amending to include an IF based on the type of form submitted. Team Forms allows either a single 'Form' or 'all' Forms to be checked. An additional modification is when a 'manual' address is entered into a Team Forms it is are stored differently, so I would like this information appended together and saved into a Sharepoint list ( have done some of this work but it not quite working. It is likely further changes wil be required.

They want to export all of the data (all modules) into a MySQL DB for archiving and so they can install a reporting tool if they ever need to access the data at any point in the future.
