We have and existing flow which utilises 'Team Forms'
It needs amending to include an IF based on the type of form submitted. Team Forms allows either a single 'Form' or 'all' Forms to be checked.
An additional modification is when a 'manual' address is entered into a Team Forms it is are stored differently, so I would like this information appended together and saved into a Sharepoint list ( have done some of this work but it not quite working.
It is likely further changes wil be required.
