I need an skecthup model built

I am looking for someone to build a sketchup model of an existing three storey, semi-detached property. There is a set of existing survey drawings in DWG that I will make available.. I have shared .PDF versions of the topographical survey and elevations for reference. I will also share existing photographs for reference. The model will need to have clearly labelled Tags for each building element. Each of these elements are to be grouped to ensure that the model can be edited quickly and easily in the future. I have included a precedent sketchup model to illustrate Tags, groups and level of detail.

Seamstress Needed for regular work

I am looking for a seamstress who can make up to four mini bodycon dresses per month. Two with a bardot neckline and two with a sweetheart neckline. This would suit someone who perhaps enjoys dressmaking perhaps as a hobby. I am happy to send two dresses for you to create a template from. Then, I will order the fabric and have it sent to your address. It is your job to work your magic and make up the four dresses. I will then pay you for your time (via PayPal) and for postage and packing to send the dresses to me. I will on occasion require other bits and pieces to be made up such as mini skirts, leggings and nightgowns but the primary job will be the four bodycon dresses per month. If you have any questions or queries please send me a message. I am happy to pay £25 per dress which is £100 per month fixed plus more for any other extras.
