Transform a word document into an industry White Paper

As an insurance consultancy, we have produced a White Paper that we would like to publish to the industry and we need it to look like a professional document. The information is currently held in Word and is a mixture of text, tables and graphs. The document is approximately 30 pages long in our test design format. Illustrative document attached. We would like the document to have a similar look and feel to our website - angelicasolutions.com.Any stock images the designer selects for the document need to have appropriate permissions to be published online and in print.We are working on tight timescales - I'm looking to commence work on Friday 9th May, have a draft document to review by Tuesday 13th May and a final approved version by Monday 19th May latest.
