I need an skecthup model built

Description

I am looking for someone to build a sketchup model of an existing three storey, semi-detached property. There is a set of existing survey drawings in DWG that I will make available.. I have shared .PDF versions of the topographical survey and elevations for reference. I will also share existing photographs for reference.
The model will need to have clearly labelled Tags for each building element. Each of these elements are to be grouped to ensure that the model can be edited quickly and easily in the future. I have included a precedent sketchup model to illustrate Tags, groups and level of detail.
