This project involves developing a configurable quotation and ordering system for a vehicle sales team. The key objectives are to allow sales representatives to quickly generate customizable quotes for customers across 5 different vehicle models. The quotes need to integrate an e-signature solution so customers can electronically sign and return the document. Upon receipt of the signed quote, the system will automatically generate both a customer confirmation and internal work order to kickstart the fulfillment process.
The sales team, consisting of 6 members, currently uses spreadsheets for vehicle pricing calculations and a standard quotation/order form. This manual process is inefficient and lacks traceability. The new cloud-based system will streamline operations by allowing reps to pull real-time pricing into a custom quote with a few clicks. Customers will be able to view equipment options, pricing breakdowns, and terms digitally before e-signing. Integration of an electronic signature API will provide a seamless digital experience for customers whilst ensuring document security and auditability for compliance purposes.
By automating repetitive tasks and streamlining communications, this project aims to boost sales team productivity, reduce errors and improve the customer experience. Real-time dashboards can also provide management with useful insights into pipeline, close rates and performance metrics. With a user-friendly interface and customizable workflow, the new system will optimize processes for a growing sales team of the future.

I am seeking a developer with significant experience in building database-driven applications using Softr. I run a small CRM consulting firm – and offer a range of consulting and application development services to my clients. This project building an online application as an extension to our current offerings. We expect that the overall application will be delivered over the course of multiple phases. For now, our primary focus is on Phase 1 and Phase 2, with the following scope: PHASE 1 Develop a public-facing website to promote a specific CRM-related advisory service. The site should feature: • A professionally designed, engaging webpage that encourages visitors to sign up (register) for our service. • Upon signup, they will be presented with a form containing 20–25 questions about their business and requirements. • The system will process the form data by sending it to ChatGPT, generate a PDF report based on ChatGPT’s responses, and then automatically email the report to the client. PHASE 2 Create an online directory showcasing market-leading CRM products: • Products will be organized into specific categories (Sales, Marketing, Services, Analytics, etc). • Visitors will be able to submit feedback and ratings for products they’ve used. • The directory will be monetized through affiliate links. • Only administrators will have the ability to create and manage product listings. PHASE 2 Add a blogging section to publish articles on various CRM topics, and link them to relevant products in the directory where appropriate. In doing so, any blogs articles that relate to a particular product will appear on the listing page of the product. FUTURE PHASES (FOR CONTEXT) • Phase 4: Develop an online directory of CRM consultants and experts, including both firms/agencies and individual freelancers. Initially, listings will be basic in ature, but we plan to offer paid featured listings for enhanced visibility in the near future. • Phase 5: If the platform proves successful, introduce functionality for businesses to post projects, thereby generating leads that we could potentially sell to agencies or freelancers. IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate for this project is a skilled and reliable developer with extensive experience building database-driven applications using Softr. He/she should be comfortable working on complex, multi-phase web applications and able to deliver clean, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Specifically, we are looking for someone who: • Has proven experience with Softr - including building applications that integrate forms, directories, user management, and third-party services. • Understands CRM concepts or has worked on CRM-related tools, directories, or consulting platforms (preferred but not required). • Is proficient with integrations - especially with tools like ChatGPT, PDF generation, and email automation. • Has strong UI/UX skills to create professional, engaging, and conversion-friendly public-facing pages. • Is detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to suggest improvements, foresee challenges, and implement best practices for web applications. • Communicates effectively, providing regular updates, clear documentation, and responding promptly to feedback. • Fluent in English – to a high standard.

Experience Level: Expert PROJECT OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) developer to support the improvement and automation of key parts of our customer journey and invoicing workflows. We are a training company currently using GHL to manage bookings, estimates (internally referred to as “Booking Confirmations”) and invoicing. However, we require assistance to refine and extend our use of GHL in order to minimise manual intervention as far as possible. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Review existing GHL setup: - Pipelines - Custom fields - Workflows: Booking Confirmations (GHL Estimate) and Invoicing 2. Automate Booking Confirmation (GHL Estimate): - Automatically generate a Booking Confirmation/GHL Estimate using data from Custom Fields - Trigger this automation when the Opportunity is moved to a designated pipeline stage 3. Add field validation check: - Develop a validation mechanism to ensure all required fields are completed before a booking can move from ‘Send Booking Confirmation’ to ‘Send Invoice’ stage - Ideally, if a required field is missing, the system should either block the transition or display a warning 4.
