Microsoft expert needed to connect my Custom CRM to Outlook

I’m seeking a Microsoft expert to help integrate my custom-built, web-based CRM with my Outlook app. My CRM sends emails, and I want these emails to connect with Outlook so that they appear as if I’m sending them manually from Outlook.
