Description

**Please read carefully and respond with organic responses and not automated generic responses**.
I’m seeking a Microsoft expert to help integrate my custom-built, web-based CRM with my Outlook app. My CRM sends emails, and I want these emails to connect with Outlook so that they appear as if I’m sending them manually from Outlook.
Please note that I don’t have the full Office 365 package; I have the Microsoft apps for business (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). My email linked to Outlook is through a different service that offers a private exchange, and I don’t have an email license with Microsoft due to bulk sending restrictions.
From what I understand, this integration may be achievable using Microsoft Graph or a similar add-on or connector. I need the emails from my CRM to be sent to Outlook, where they will show up in the sender's drafts, outbox, and sent items, just as if they were sent manually from Outlook.
Here are some recommendations for integrating my web-based CRM with Outlook, ensuring that there are no restrictions on the number of emails I transport:
1. **Microsoft Graph API**: This API can help send emails directly from my CRM as if they were sent from Outlook.
2. **Outlook Add-ins**: Explore existing add-ins that might facilitate the integration between my CRM and Outlook.
3. **Zapier or Integromat**: Use these automation tools to create workflows that connect my CRM with Outlook.
4. **SMTP Configuration**: If possible, configure my CRM to send emails through my smtp to go through Outlook account.
5. **Custom Connector Development**: Consider developing a custom connector to integrate my CRM with Outlook.
6. **Microsoft Power Automate**: This service can help create automated workflows between my CRM and Outlook.
I need to ensure that whatever solution is implemented will not impose restrictions on the number of emails I can transport to Outlook.

Project Description I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer (or no-code expert with frontend and JavaScript experience) to create a rapid prototype (MVP) of a web app that allows users to upload, view, annotate, and measure scaled PDF drawings. This tool will be used to test and validate a concept within the construction and design industry. It does not require final polish—just a functional prototype that allows for early user testing. Key Features Needed in the MVP Upload and display PDF drawings Annotation tools: pen/freehand, arrows, highlighter, eraser, text, shapes Add comment pins with threaded replies Calibrate measurement scale: user selects two points and inputs real-world distance Input drawing scale and measure off the PDF accurately Save and/or export marked-up version of the drawing Clean, simple UI with intuitive layout Deliverables Working prototype built in Bubble (or similar no-code platform) Basic responsive interface with functional measurement tool Ability for users to test key features as described above Timeline Looking for delivery within 3–5 weeks from project start Ideal start: as soon as possible Budget Please submit a proposal with your quote (fixed price or hourly) and your estimated delivery timeline. The minimum budget will be honoured and adjusted appropriately based on your experience and the complexity involved. What I Can Provide Example interface layout (mockups provided) Sample PDFs for testing Clear feedback and direction throughout the project
