Transform a word document into an industry White Paper

As an insurance consultancy, we have produced a White Paper that we would like to publish to the industry and we need it to look like a professional document. The information is currently held in Word and is a mixture of text, tables and graphs. The document is approximately 30 pages long in our test design format. Illustrative document attached. We would like the document to have a similar look and feel to our website - angelicasolutions.com. Any stock images the designer selects for the document need to have appropriate permissions to be published online and in print. 2 logos needed to print on t shirt

I have uploaded two images which I need copied - instead of Amiri I need SIARR The design needs to be exactly the same, faded look and colours to be same also. I need the logo in PDF, PNG and JPEG. I need an skecthup model built

I am looking for someone to build a sketchup model of an existing three storey, semi-detached property. There is a set of existing survey drawings in DWG that I will make available.. I have shared .PDF versions of the topographical survey and elevations for reference. I will also share existing photographs for reference. The model will need to have clearly labelled Tags for each building element. Each of these elements are to be grouped to ensure that the model can be edited quickly and easily in the future. I have included a precedent sketchup model to illustrate Tags, groups and level of detail.
