German and French Translator needed

I have a full note, written in English which contains strategies for a startup in Germany and French. I did it myself and I want it to be translated to both German and French.That of the German will be given to the company and the French version will be given to their partners in France.A French version will also be needed in a word format while the rest can be done in any format.
