Elementor Pro & Horiztonal Scroll Widget Support

Description

I have designed and built most of a homepage in Elementor Pro using the horizontal scroll widget from Premium Add Ons (https://premiumaddons.com/elementor-horizontal-scroll-widget/).
I'm mostly happy with the page design, but I require support in debugging some sections and adding scroll effects to the design. So far, no scroll effect beyond the first slide works / moves, despite following an in-depth setup video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/JdMD7-on8gs?si=zQLTZCSc3VaRPt5S).
I'm fairly competent at most things Wordpress but this is making my brain hurt, since I'm usually developing using the Divi theme.
I'm looking for support to resolve these issues, add some scroll effects and create a responsive variations for tablet and mobile.
