I’m working on a rebrand and interior refresh for a London-based restaurant called Assenheims 56, known for its South American-inspired flavours and legendary green sauce. We’d like to bring the updated brand identity to life through a 3D floor plan and interior visualisation based on our current layout and new creative direction. Planning drawings for an existing building.

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to produce accurate, to-scale planning drawings for a garage conversion in North Somerset. The building already exists — I just need "existing only" drawings for a retrospective planning application. What I need: Floorplans and elevations at 1:50 or 1:100, with scale bars or figured dimensions A site layout plan at 1:200 or 1:500, showing access and parking The red line and blue line boundaries to be shown correctly Final files must be in PDF format, suitable for submission to the council I can provide: Photos of all elevations Measurements and sketches Previous plans (for reference, though they weren’t to scale), the drawings themselves could be used, but the scaling needs correcting. This is a small, low-complexity project. I’m happy to work with a technician, freelancer, student, or trainee architect, as long as the final result meets UK planning standards. I have uploaded an example of the errors that need correcting. There are 6 drawings in total, 4 elevations and x2 floor plans. The content of the images are correct, it's the scaling and technical elements that are wrong. Budget: I’m hoping to keep this affordable (around £100–£250). SIPS Construction Structural Engineer

We seek a highly skilled structural engineer to provide critical design calculations for a structural insulated panel (SIPS) building project. The structural calculations will be used to ensure the building can withstand loading and stresses during construction and throughout its intended use. The engineer must have extensive experience designing the structural elements of SIPS buildings, with a strong understanding of the properties and performance of SIPS panels. The building envelope will feature load-bearing exterior wall and roof panels, so the engineer must be able calculate panel sizes, connections, foundations and any other structural components needed to construct a safe and code-compliant building. Accuracy is imperative as the construction team will rely on the completed calculations to safely erect the building framework. We require the calculations to be thoroughly documented and detailed and include all assumptions. The engineer should also review the project plans and be available to address any questions from our team. English is a must as our construction team only reads and speaks English. Experience designing light commercial or institutional SIPS buildings is preferred. Proficiency with structural engineering design software is necessary to efficiently generate the required documentation.
