This is not a creative design-from-scratch job—the concept is done. I need someone who can put it all together with precision and attention to factory requirements.

I am looking for a skilled interior designer to help me visualize and plan two of the most critical areas of my home: the Lounge and Kitchen. The house has been designed with a natural, self-sustaining philosophy using extra burnt waste brick, lime plastered walls, lime flooring, and a fully ventilated open layout. The leftmost wall is intended for the media unit (TV wall). The usable space in the lounge is 8 feet in diameter, enclosed by the curved stair layout.

I am looking for someone to build a sketchup model of an existing three storey, semi-detached property. There is a set of existing survey drawings in DWG that I will make available.. I have shared .PDF versions of the topographical survey and elevations for reference. I will also share existing photographs for reference.
