Hi - I need an ebay developer account for a project I'm working on, but seem unable to open a developer account at https://developer.ebay.com/ despite multiple attempts with different email addresses, usernames, browsers - everything I can think of! Typically there is no one I can speak to at eBay who can help. And I need an account to be able to raise a ticket with them to get their support!
