eBAY Developer Account Access

Description

Hi - I need an ebay developer account for a project I'm working on, but seem unable to open a developer account at https://developer.ebay.com/ despite multiple attempts with different email addresses, usernames, browsers - everything I can think of!
Typically there is no one I can speak to at eBay who can help.
And I need an account to be able to raise a ticket with them to get their support!
I've already wasted too much time trying to find a workaround, and have come to the conclusion that if you can sort this for me, and I can just pay you for your time, then that would be a good outcome!
So this job is simple - get me access to eBay Developer, so we can use the API, please!

PS I see my request has gone for moderation - not sure if this is normal, or because my request feels a bit scammy! Just to be clear this is a genuine request for help - I'm not trying to do anything dodgy, and would be VERY VERY happy to be able to sign up to the develop account myself without any assistance if only I could do this! Beggars belief that ebay still have a business - first mover advantage eh?
