We are looking for an experienced wedding dress seamstress, Tailor to join our team.
This job is open to freelance for the right applicants.
The right candidate must have the following skills.
At least 3 years experience in wedding dress alterations and work as part of a team and work under pressure.
Obtain good spoken and understanding of written English.Bridal alterations experienceBe able to complete work to deadlines and a very high standard and finish.You will be working with various dresses from different wedding dress designersbe used to working with delicate fabrics.An eye for detail and precisionAbility to complete work with speed and accuracyAbility to communicate with workroom staff and fittersJob Type / Category
Responsibilities / Skills
Sewing and altering different styles of wedding dressesAlterations to men's suit's, i.e. Shortening sleeves from the top.Reconstructing and restyling dressesRe-beading on dressesBeing able to add and build up from existing dressesDoing quick repairs and adjustments on the spot.Altering wedding dresses from pinned and written instructions.Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
