Shopify theme customisation

We are a greeting card publisher based in London and are looking for a Shopify web developer to help customise our 3 Shopify websites. The customisation and new features are to be added via coding and not using apps, and made to be user friendly and accessible from the backend.
Our 3 websites are:
ezendesigns.com - our B2C website for greeting cards, art prints, bookmarks and other products.ezen-trade.com - our B2B site where we sell the same products for trade clients.ezengallery.com - Our gallery website where we sell original works of art.
The 3 websites are all based on the same theme, and some features need to be implemented across all of them, however each requires their own set of specific features as well, especially the gallery website which sells different products to the other 2.
The B2C and B2B websites are already running and require some tweaks and new features, whereas the gallery website hasn't been launched yet and will require your help to set up for launch.
