Scraping websites using Python scrapy

I require assistance upgrading and enhancing the functionality of my ecommerce website www.dutchmart.com. The site was recently compromised and required remediation to repair damages and remove malware. While the platform has been restored, the site is currently non-functional as a business due to the lack of products available for purchase. Website page dead spots

Areas of monitor screen, on all devices, are 'dead spots' and hyperlinks do not function. However, this does work but only when scrolled up or down.
