Description

I am looking for someone to produce a detailed plan for a conservatory for my house.
I can provide a 2d black and white floorplan using (z-plan) and I can provide pictures of the location, all measurements, and even a basic 2d floorplan of before and after.
I’m looking for someone to produce a detailed plan that I can give a builder to sort a quote
I’m looking for walls either side to be timber with sheet insulation and hardiboard.
All the back to be windows/doors
And the ceiling to in a ‘lean to style conservatory’ with double glazed roof.
I can provide details of the structure of the flooring currently, distance to drains etc.
I need it to comply with usual planning ideally to avoid planning permission, and it would be used as a living room.
Please provide a quote for a complete plan with max 2 revisions.
Ideally a schedule of work required to prep the site, along with showing the structure of the conservatory.

We are currently working with a brand agency who are producing the logo, but are open to new ideas or twist to the logo's.
