Changes to website design (experienced CSS expert required)

Hi,
We require a CSS expert to make some changes to our current website which is https://www.exallroofing.com
Our target is to improve the existing CTA on the landing page. Please see attached desktop and mobile screenshots. Basically the site has been stripped back to basics on the homepage.
We now require the following changes to be made:
1) All content on current website on large background image to be removed as per attached screenshots.
2) New zigzag image to be used at bottom of picture see attached screenshot.
3) Remove services section
4) Move trusted by section to top of page (see screenshot)
5) Trustpilot logo to be overlaid on background image and centralised.
6) "Your local roofing experts" heading to be overlaid on background image and to be at the top of the screen.
7) Add new inline form with Name / Telephone number fields and "Get a quote" button. See this website as example - the form should look the same: https://www.claimcompass.eu/en/
8) Underneath the form should be a list of our services with icons next to each. The services listed should be:- Asbestos roof removal (icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/roof.png)- Steel cladding (icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/steel.png)- Liquid roofing (Icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/liquid.png)- Single ply (Icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/roll.png)- Roof maintenance (Icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/maintenance.png)- Drone surveys (Icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/surveys.png)- Electronic leak detection (Icon: https://exallroofing.com/asset/images/home.png)- Cherry picker availability (Icon: we dont have this icon but something similar to this will suffice: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/cherry-picker-icon-call-straight-boom-1188067342, converted to same format as existing).
These icons should be listed under the form, the same as this site: https://www.claimcompass.eu/en/
We need these changes today UK time if possible.
