Modern 3D Style Design Of A Children's Farm Map

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced Illustrator/Designer to help design an updated map for a popular children's farm park (day-out experience).
The Brief:The current farm map is extremely cluttered, dated, hard to read and does not tie into our brand. I have included our current map for you to view yourself. I have also attached a competitors map which would be our ideal outcome.
You will not be required to add in the maps key info, imagery or branding. I am happy to implement this after. We are mainly after the base design/layout of the map which I can then label and key.
The Requirements:> Designed A4 Landscape> Must include space at the bottom for me to add a map key (same as competitors' example)> Must be Vector based as it will be scaled up to A1/A0 for signage around the farm.> Using updated branding (Colours, Fonts & Logo) these will all be supplied.
I will supply the current map as a vector PDF for the selected winner along with a collection of Google Map Satellite images for perspective.
The map is also subject to change as new additions are added to the farm etc. We would be looking to have a relationship with you going forward to accommodate these future changes.
