I am looking to hire a skilled freelancer to transform 2D plans into stunning 3D renderings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design and visualization techniques. He/she should be able to create realistic and detailed 3D models that accurately represent the intended design.
Responsibilities:1. Review 2D plans and drawings to understand the design concept and requirements.2. Create 3D models using appropriate software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.3. Apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the realism and visual appeal of the models.4. Generate high-quality renderings and animations to showcase the designs.5. Work closely with my consultant to provide feedback and make necessary adjustments. 6. Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:1. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.2. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visualization techniques.3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in rendering software. 6. Strong communication skills. 7.
