Wordpress Site 'Page Not Responding' Fix

My Wordpress site says ‘page not responding’ at Menus-appearance. I really need this done I’ve hired two freelancers from here and both said they can’t. Since then, I’ve contacted GoDaddy and they’ve given me step by step instructions to have it sorted. If someone can work out the instructions and apply it to my website it’d be great. Then run a test by opening up the mentioned Appearance > Menu page but this time on your Staging site to see if you're still having the same loading and editing issue on the Appearance > Menu page. If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
