Description

My Wordpress site says ‘page not responding’ at Menus-appearance. I really need this done I’ve hired two freelancers from here and both said they can’t. Since then, I’ve contacted GoDaddy and they’ve given me step by step instructions to have it sorted. If someone can work out the instructions and apply it to my website it’d be great. From Go Daddy: You would first have to create a Staging site and sync your Production site to it following these few steps as explained in this article GoDaddy - Create a staging site Then please access the WP-Admin of your Staging site following these steps as explained GoDaddy - Access my staging site Once logged into your Staging site WP-Admin, the quickest way to discover the culprit behind the issue your site is experiencing is to deactivate all of your plugins except for WooCommerce and your Payment gateway of choice. Then run a test by opening up the mentioned Appearance > Menu page but this time on your Staging site to see if you're still having the same loading and editing issue on the Appearance > Menu page. If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
