I need an editor for my non-fiction autistic book

I would have explained that better in the project title, but the character limit is so small! Anyway, I've recently finished the first draft of my book, "Before You Fire Them", which is a guidebook dedicated to helping neurotypical (not autistic) managers and supervisors better understand their autistic employees.
