We are a leading B2B Marketing Incentive company searching for a skilled graphic designer to contribute to our diverse range of online and offline initiatives. Our company specializes in providing low-cost, high-value incentive programs targeted at marketing professionals across various industries. These incentives are utilized by our clients to effectively engage their end customers for both acquisition and retention purposes.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses the following:
- Experience in creating visually appealing designs for web and print applications.- Proficiency in typography, color theory, and a strong understanding of branding/brand voice requirements.- Ability to work within tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing brands and environments.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will:
- Have a background in creating B2B materials and demonstrate a willingness to learn about our brand and offerings.- Assist in generating creative ideas and concepts that enhance our sales and marketing materials.- Act as an extension of our small team, collaborating on various projects.- Be comfortable working on a range of projects, ensuring a steady workload.
Specific Projects Include:
- Developing design and creative assets for sales and marketing materials.- Enhancing sales website development (WordPress).- Additional marketing materials/assets as needed.
Work Arrangement:
- Initially seeking someone for 20-40 hours per month.- The candidate can expect clear communication and ample direction.- We have a collaborative and easy-to-work-with team.
