Web-Based 3D Model Viewer for Private and Client Use Description: We are a design-focused company looking to develop a simple, web-based 3D model viewer that can display 3D models (initially Collada .dae files) directly in the browser. This tool will be used internally and for controlled client access — not a public platform. We're looking for an experienced web developer or team who can help us build a lightweight, easy-to-use viewer with a clean, responsive UI and the ability to: - Upload or drag/drop 3D models into the viewer, zip file with .dae file and related materials - Reupload function to allow reupload of a new zip file to overwrite existing model but keep the same 3D sharing link. - View models with basic controls (orbit, zoom, pan) - If possible to add a section plane view option - Maintain consistent material and lighting appearance - Secure model access (basic authentication or private links) - Potential future support for other formats We’d like the system to be self-hosted or deployed to a private cloud account, and scalable for future enhancements (project folders, annotations, client portals). Looking for advice on where to host/store to allow for large file sizes to be kept, as models would be kept live for 6-9 months. To Apply: Please send: - A short overview of your relevant experience - 1–2 example projects or viewer apps you’ve built (if available) or similar - Estimated budget range for a basic MVP, along with estimated budgets to eventually prepare a fully polished live version - Your availability over the next 4–6 weeks PLEASE IGNORE PRICE LISTED HERE THIS IS THE PPH DEFAULT VALUE, PLEASE QUOTE BASED ON YOUR ACTUAL COSTS AND WE WILL REVIEW EACH CASE INDIVUALLY. We’re open to ongoing collaboration if things go well for various other projects.

Scrape FCC Broadband Map: Addresses, Coordinates, Speeds & ISPs by State I’m looking for a data expert to help me extract and analyze broadband availability data from the FCC Broadband Data Collection (BDC) map. What I Need: 1. I want to identify specific locations across all 50 U.S. states where no provider (other than Starlink) offers 100Mbps or faster download speeds. 2. I also need one data point for each of the location in the field called" unit count" Website to scrape from or perfect website: https/broadbandmap.ffc.gov/home Project Scope: Source: FCC BDC map or publicly available FCC datasets Data Required for Each Location: Full address (street, city, state, ZIP) Latitude & longitude List of all available ISPs Download and upload speeds per ISP Filter Criteria: Include only locations where no provider (except Starlink) offers 100Mbps+ download speeds If Starlink is the only 100Mbps+ provider, that location should be included Locations with any other ISP offering 100Mbps+ should be excluded Output: CSV or Excel format Organized by state (either one file per state or one file with state as a column) Clean and well-structured for analysis Timeline: 5 days from the start Goal: I’ll be using this data to identify underserved areas that could benefit from broadband expansion or alternative solutions. Let me know if this is something you can take on, and what approach you’d suggest. If needed, And I need it to be down very fast, and there will be chance if handle it properly and professional to continue working together Looking forward to your response.
