Migrate mailboxes from old host to new host.

I have 7 sites being moved from old host (liquid web using nodeworx/siteworx control panel) to new host (interserver using directAdmin) and need mailboxes moved.
There are 11 mailboxes in total:7 have less than 55 MB3 have less than 120MB1 has 995 MB
I need them copied and stored until sites are finished being moved, then files uploaded at new host.
This is urgent and most be downloaded or copied from liquid web ASAP.
