We are seeking a skilled 3D rendering artist or architectural visualizer to create marketing-quality concept images of a real estate development. The goal is to produce polished, photorealistic images that depict how the completed development might look, using our provided materials. You will work from the recorded plat map or site plan showing lot layout and roads, raw aerial and ground-level images of the undeveloped land, and the chosen home design renderings. Using these inputs, you will produce a realistic, cohesive 3D concept visualization of the full development as it will appear when complete, with at least three to four high-resolution images from multiple angles, such as street-level, aerial, riverbank, and entrance views. The images should be marketing-ready, professional, and visually engaging, incorporating natural lighting, landscaping, and appropriate context such as vehicles and people. It's a riverfront overlook community, so the design should reflect that aesthetic. Candidates who can produce this content in 1 week or less will be given highest priority.
