SharePoint Designer needed to build interactive forms and lists

Looking for a SharePoint developer to create the following forms which will include automated workflow process: - Capital Equipment Request form: Form will become part of a managed list after routed thru approval process. Approval process must direct the form to the appropriate approval Manager based on dollar limits. - Employee Requisition Form: this form will require review and modification to include additional approval criteria and routing. - Compliance Incident form: Form will become part of a managed list after routed thru notification/remediation process. This process will include building in specific decision tree responses and data collection, routing to the appropriate Manager and Compliance. Looking to source this project immediately.
