Signage Package Creation - Design/Photoshop work

Description

I'm looking for someone who can turn around a project quickly - by tomorrow 3/21 by 5:00 PM - updating signage for one of our clients - about 8 signs need updating (some are double-sided) and then putting these signs with other signs into a PDF or PowerPoint presentation for presenting to the client - to get then to sign off on approval for new signs in the community.
I'll pay hourly - once I select a designer - I will upload the information.
