Project Description I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer (or no-code expert with frontend and JavaScript experience) to create a rapid prototype (MVP) of a web app that allows users to upload, view, annotate, and measure scaled PDF drawings. This tool will be used to test and validate a concept within the construction and design industry. It does not require final polish—just a functional prototype that allows for early user testing.
