I could do with the attached floor plans drawing in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop so they can be easily modified. Such as the wall thickness, door and window styles etc.

Create a new website for "Manufacturing Mastery"

I am looking at setting up a new website for "Manufacturing Mastery". This is a new venture dedicated to helping manufacturing companies through education and consultancy. You can find out about myself on mkwebsite.com and standbacktogrow.com. The latter was something I started just over a year ago, but didn't really take off, so decided to approach a narrower target market, hence the requirement for a website. The website will need CMS for managing content. On top of it, it will require connecting with Mailerlite for the freebie sign-up as well as integrations for newsletter sign up, contact form, maybe Calendly link, etc. The Training and Turnaround pages will probably have 5 or so sub-pages, so that I can go deeper into the topics described on the main page. The Blog needs to be editable and the Events page too, plus past events should disappear once they pass their date. There will be a need for extra features like a sticky CTA bar, exit action pop-up, etc. as per usual standards. I have the domain and it is hosted on Siteground. The end goal is to have a solid funnel and lead generation tool rather than just a website, so any suggestions are welcomed. Redesign of Website using Zephyr theme

I need a solid front end developer who can rework the home page and inner service page (used for all services) of a Landscaping website. The current website is reasonably well designed by needs modernising as the company has evolved more into a commercial landscaping business. The current WordPress site uses the Zephyr theme and therefore experience with this theme would be beneficial. I have a well documented low fidelity wireframe (Octopus.do) including all images to share. You may be required to provide some icons for the design.
