Animate logo elements for video gfx

Description

I have a logo for a technology-driven nonprofit that has little antennas that come out of the text. I want the antennas to animate with movement to add some visual interest to the logo.
The logo is part of a three-second graphic/animation in an animated branded intro.
The deliverable would be an MOV with a transparent background. Flat fee would include one round of revision. Would like to turn around within a week.
If this works out, we'd open a second contract and develop a few alternate versions of the movement.
