Web Design Figma / Small Job first to find the right person

Description

We are currently seeking a talented web designer with a strong understanding of UX/UI. This position involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs by dividing each design into rows and sections. Each row represents a separate design element, such as a hero section, and subsequent rows are added below.
Initially, we require the redesign of the first 4 rows, serving as a trial period to assess your skills and compatibility with our project. Once we find the right designer, we will proceed with allocating additional pages as part of a larger project.
Process:Provide examples of your previous design work, including web design and landing page design, showcasing your skills and creativity.
Develop 4 new row designs based on the pre-defined assets provided by our team.
Collaborate with us to refine and agree upon each completed row before proceeding to the next one.Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and implementing UX/UI best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Once we have agreed on the 4 rows then we can move towards a new page.
Your ExperienceProven experience as a web designer, with a portfolio that showcases your design abilities, particularly in web and landing page design.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in web design.Proficiency in Figma.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and incorporate feedback.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
