Event scheduler

Description

We are looking to develop an intelligent event scheduling application that streamlines the organization process for users. The application will allow users to create events and provide key details such as date, time, venue and description of each event. Users will be able to define participant limits for their events and the application will auto-notify additional users should the limit be reached. Event organizers will have the ability to assign specific roles and responsibilities to other participating users. Notifications and reminders can be configured by the organizer and sent to participants leading up to the event date. The application will facilitate effective communication between organizer and participants through built-in messaging. Participants can easily view upcoming events, check event details and sign-up/RSVP. The overall goal is to provide a unified platform for organizing, promoting and managing events in an efficient, hassle-free manner. Strong emphasis will be placed on an intuitive UI/UX and multi-device responsive design. Security and privacy of user data is of utmost importance.
