Hi All, I am intending to do my HMO Conversion project. The property in its current state is a 3 bed mid. terraced. property. I want to convert this property into a 6 bed all ensuite room HMO. This is with in permitted development rights and there are plenty of examples of similar projects in the surrounding areas.
Property is located in Reading, RG30 area.
I require the plans + building regs drawings with in 1-2 weeks time span.
If you do have this experience, can you please give me your best competitive quote? I am working with tight budget constraints and want to shortlist the best possible candidate for the assignment.
