I am seeking a skilled web developer to build a customized advertisement website with an admin control panel. The site will feature a header section displaying flashing advertisements of various sizes that can be easily updated through the backend interface. Administrators must be able to upload new advertisements through the dashboard and select the ad size from a preset list. The available ad slot sizes will match commissioned graphic artwork that I will provide.
The developer selected for this project will be responsible for designing and coding the full website from scratch, including creating a database to store advertisement information including the start and expiry date of adverts. They must implement a front-end script to rotate between ads seamlessly based on scheduling set in the admin panel. Professional quality coding is required to ensure smooth functionality and a polished, bug-free user experience across all modern browsers and devices. The website should be optimized for search engines (SEO). The website should be able to handle high traffic and load quickly. Usability and aesthetic appeal will be prioritized to help maximize viewer engagement with the advertisements.
The successful candidate will have strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Node.Js skills with expertise building custom content management systems.
