Currently, we have approximately 1500 companies and 3700 contacts in our Agile CRM, along with timelines, notes, calls, and other relevant information spanning the past 4 years.

There are various recurring costs associated with maintenance and upkeep of amenities in apartment buildings that are shared among individual homeowners. Currently, tracking and informing homeowners about these common area expenses is largely a manual process. The proposed web application will provide administrators as well as homeowners a centralized online platform to manage such costs in an organized and transparent manner. Administrators can input details of recurring and one-time expenses incurred on facilities like security, electricity of common areas, repairs and annually recurring maintenance works. Homeowners will be notified of their individual shares calculated on the basis of built-up area through email or app notifications. They can view item-wise expense statements as well as total amount payable by logging into the portal through desktop or mobile web. Facility to make online payments towards outstanding dues will also be incorporated for added convenience. Data like past expense records and contribution collection status can be referred by administrators or retrieved through system reports for auditing purposes. This centralized digital solution aims to plug the inefficiencies in current fragmented manual processes, streamline financial administration responsibilities and foster greater accountability through real-time availability of expense information to residents. React Native / Expo Developer Needed for OneSignal Push Notification Bug, Proxy Setup & Splash Screen Update We are looking for an experienced React Native developer (Expo-based) to help us fix a few urgent issues and make minor updates to our Android app. The app is built using React Native with Expo, and it was previously working as expected. 1. Fix Push Notifications (OneSignal Integration) - We are using OneSignal for push notifications. - In our previous version of the app, push notifications were working as expected. - However, this is now a completely new app build, not based on the old codebase. - In this new version, the OneSignal object is not being recognized or initialized properly, so the service can't start at all — it's not just a case of notifications not being delivered. - We need an expert to review the current setup, correctly integrate OneSignal, and ensure push notifications function on Android. 2. Proxy Configuration - We need to route certain API requests through a proxy server. - You will be required to either configure the app or suggest a working solution compatible with Expo or help us eject if needed. 3.
