Mountain Retreat/Park Map and Brochures

Two related projects:
One: Need an updated map design for our mountain retreat/camp that matches our new logo and color scheme. Needs to be easy for guests to understand to get around our property. Open to ideas on style of drawings. Needs to be usable as a posted one-sided flat sheet, and also a tri-fold brochure. The back/outside of the brochure would just need some basic information, including short descriptions and contact info.
Two: Need an updated version of our standard tri-fold brochure with new logo and color scheme.
End products: 1) one-sided map, 2) same map on tri-fold brochure with additional info on outside, 3) standard brochure
Need both files to be easily editable (for new text, etc.). I have a Canva account if that’s at all possible to load an editable version in there.

I will send logo & brand guide with brand colors and fonts to designer, along with examples of other created sheets, designs, etc.
