3D interior design and automation

Description

I need a designer that is capable of creating realistic 3D visuals from CAD floor plans 2D i would need the designer to design and add furniture to the rooms, very modern and i can give you what we are after finish wise from our previouse developments. From the 3D visuals we would like also potentially a short automation video of a walk through fly through maybe that we can then use on our social media accounts and also for the listing with the estate agent when we try to pre sell the property. We have website and finihsed photos of previous projects
