We’re looking for a professional logo designer to help refine and polish what we have. This is not a full redesign — we want an expert to help us elevate the design to its final form. ⸻ WHAT WE NEED: • Help refining the integration of our symbol with the company name text. Currently, the symbol is inside a box next to the text. We’d like to explore removing the icon background and creatively integrating the symbol into the logo. • If that’s not ideal, we still want to clean up and improve the vector design of the current symbol. • The symbol should be clean, modern, and recognizable — even at very small sizes (as small as 28x28px), such as in the WordPress wp-admin menu (we can provide example screenshots). • The logo must work across both digital and physical platforms: website, WordPress admin, mobile app, PDF invoices, email signatures, business cards, shirts, etc. • Design should primarily use flat colors (no gradients), but light gradients are acceptable for web use as long as the design works well without them. • Final files must include scalable vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF), plus transparent PNGs and web-ready versions. ⸻ REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: We need three (3) final versions of the logo: 1. Full version – Symbol + company name (which is also our domain name) + two descriptive words underneath the name 2. Simplified version – Symbol + company name (no descriptive text) 3. Standalone symbol – A version of the symbol that can be used independently Each version must have options for light and dark backgrounds. ⸻ OWNERSHIP & USAGE TERMS: • You agree not to use the logo or symbol in your portfolio, on social media, or in any other public or private space. • All original source files must be delivered upon completion. • Upon full payment, we will own exclusive rights to the logo and symbol, including all intellectual property and commercial usage rights. • You acknowledge that the final logo and symbol may be trademarked by us and waive any claims to it. ⸻ IDEAL DESIGNER: We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for branding, attention to detail, and experience refining existing logos. If you’ve worked on projects where a symbol works both independently and alongside a brand name, please include examples. We're looking for a talented graphic designer to support a range of digital and print design tasks. In particular, we need someone who is proficient in Wix (the platform we use for our website) and Microsoft PowerPoint, and who can create designs within those tools, not just import from elsewhere. Essential Requirements: • Strong experience designing directly within Wix, including editing existing pages and creating new ones. • High-level proficiency in PowerPoint, including use of templates, Slide Master editing, custom layouts, and formatting. • Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and layouts. • Attention to detail and good communication. About Our Style: Our brand, Chorus Insight, is bold, confident, and text-led. We prioritise clarity and structure, using strong typographic hierarchy and clean layouts. Note that we wish to evolve the identity over time, revising our logo and introducing more illustration (see examples from the upcoming book). Initial Projects: 1. Website (Wix): o Update the “About Us” page: remove two team members and add new ones. o Create a new page promoting a book launch (cover attached). o Homepage and navigation revisions. 2. PowerPoint: o Design a 10-page sales brochure: includes cover design, layout of supplied copy, integration of screenshots, and creation of tables and a flowchart-style illustration. o Design a series of one-page case studies using our branding alongside that of each clients’ (example attached of one that needs improving) 3. Print Materials: o Design a branded sticker for cardboard book packaging. o Design a compliments slip to accompany book mailings. Proposals: Please confirm your experience with Wix and PowerPoint specifically - we won’t consider proposals for work in other platforms (e.g. WordPress, InDesign-only, etc). In your proposal, please include: • Examples of relevant work (especially anything created directly in Wix or PowerPoint). • A rough estimate of time (number of hours) to complete each of the above example tasks. • Availability to start in the next 2–3 weeks. WE are a new brand who are close to launching a new health drink. We are looking for an creative design person to help us produce stylish merchandise such as clothing, cups, bags and other unique ideas to help promote the brand. We are currently working with a brand agency who are producing the logo, but are open to new ideas or twist to the logo's. For this position, you must be in the UK, have experience in producing quality merchandise along with contacts to produce them. We would want you to manage the process from design to product.
