Google address autocomplete - Restrict addresses outside City

Hey we have got the Google address autocomplete implemented on a web form for a Public WiFi ( same as if you go to Starbucks ) . It's basically free WiFi service that is offered by the City to ONLY its residents , so I need to limit the autocomplete to only addresses in the city , if they enter an invalid address the form will have an error " This service is only available for our residents " hers is the splash page . https://us-west1.ironwifi.com/r-72dvyhg2--venue001/
