We’re hiring an automation specialist to join the Estately Team. The initial task is an automation project to optimize our outbound SMS response and booking flow using GHL, Make.com, ChatGPT, and Slack. Your main task will be connecting up a make blueprint of the system already provided to our slack and GHL account. This is an initial task and we would like to have someone fulltime to work on the automation side of the agency. We are looking to develop an intelligent event scheduling application that streamlines the organization process for users. The application will allow users to create events and provide key details such as date, time, venue and description of each event. Users will be able to define participant limits for their events and the application will auto-notify additional users should the limit be reached. Event organizers will have the ability to assign specific roles and responsibilities to other participating users. Notifications and reminders can be configured by the organizer and sent to participants leading up to the event date. The application will facilitate effective communication between organizer and participants through built-in messaging.
