Need to create a website based on a similar concept

I am looking for someone with great skills, to work with to create a website.
It will be similar to the concept of https://www.sweethome3d.com/SweetHome3DJSOnline.jsp but with a big difference.
here is a similar concept which we want to be better than. https://prismm.com/solutions/wedding-planning-software
It will focus n the events industry. key features are the website needs to look inviting, and very well polished and finished.
It will be populated with all the relevant items required to create a plan for the events industry where i have lots of experience with creating 2d plans in Vectorworks like tabls, dance floors, stages etc etc.
We have a host of 3d assets to use in the website already
Registation will be needed, with the option of downloading any plans at a small cost, so the save as t be locked down then eventually, we will want to buid a model, where hotels and event spaces, can subscribe for a monthly fee, to enable them to direct their clients to the site to build their own weddding or event plans.
We will maybe look to expnd the site in future to offer a whole host of other services, like making table plans, and creating a back end area for registered, paying users.
I want to keep the costs low to start to make sure we are creating the correct space but it has a huge potential for expansion into a market i know very well.
I would like someone with a portfolio of previous work in a similar area, who understands the complexities of creating a site with users, and then maybe users logging onto an area for Event spaces to be able to send them to.
Please ask any questions and share other ideas of work.
We want to start this ASAP with a view to getting the site live and able to start to be used asap.
